Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Chico, CA is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You’ll greet guests, educate on AE/Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program, delivering an engaging shopping experience.

You’ll flex across sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom, embodying our values and providing exceptional guest service while working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• “AEO Selling Model” taught to all hires
• Customer-focused, energetic and multitasking abilities
• Experience in retail or guest-facing roles preferred

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
