PJ Fitz is seeking outgoing individuals to start a sales career in a fast-paced, event-driven role. You’ll learn proven techniques, earn hourly pay with uncapped commissions, and grow into outside sales with a clear career path.

Roles include representing our brand at events, generating leads, and collaborating with marketing to hit targets. Training is provided; flexibility for part-time with potential full-time opportunities.

Schedule & Flexibility:

Pay: Hourly rate starting around $17.50 plus commissions!

Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus, not required)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, or events as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Coachable and open to feedback
