Carrier Enterprise, a leading HVAC/R distributor, is seeking a Part Time Dual Role-Branch Sales Associate/Warehouse Associate to engage customers, promote HVAC components, and handle warehouse tasks. The role requires forklift skills and a strong customer service mindset, supporting dealers and contractors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with business customers to promote HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our dealer network and HVAC contractors.
• Provide superior customer service to customers and partners.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail in orders and materials.
• Operate forklift to load and unload products safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe, productive workspace.

Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Responsible for engaging with business customers and clients and promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors.
• Provide superior customer service to our customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage in verbal and written communications on detailed materials and orders.

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities

Requires forklift driving and handling to load and unload product.

• Provides excellent customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners)
• Works closely with internal customers
• Upholds environmental health and safety standards.
• Follows safety procedures and training to ensure a safe and productive workspace.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse operational experience
• Experience in the HVAC or similar industry supporting parts and material is preferred, but not required
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment
• Must be team-oriented and willing to work with a diverse group of co-workers
• Pre-employment Background and Drug Screen required for all hires
