Grainger's Sarasota branch is seeking a part-time Branch Sales Associate to connect with walk-in customers, drive sales, and support warehouse tasks. You will manage customer purchases, assist with merchandising, and perform inventory counts while learning Grainger computer systems.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires flexibility to work branch hours. Benefits begin on day one and include health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, holidays, and 401(k) contributions.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work any time within branch hours of operation.
• Learn and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Safe lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer experience, including product selection, order entry, pickup, and loading vehicles.
• Maximize sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty.
• Adapt communication style for email, phone, or in person.
• Prepare backorders and staging for will-call orders.
