Flagstar Bank is seeking a Branch Banking Client Consultant I for the Staten Island, NY area. This part-time role focuses on delivering front-line client service, performing teller transactions, and guiding clients to appropriate financial solutions.

You will help maintain risk standards, support sales initiatives, and collaborate with branch teammates to create a positive, trusted branch experience. Requires strong customer service and a willingness to learn banking products.

Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
• Minimum experience: Less than 2 years in customer service and sales.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Financial Services Industry.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance (all Teller related functions) and primary client acquisition.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and/or complaints and through research and communication resolve in a timely and effective manner.
• Risk Management: Deliver timely and accurate daily financial transactions; understand and adhere to all applicable bank policies and regulations.
• ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Performs special projects and additional duties as required; comply with regulatory and compliance policies.
