Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service, cash handling, or retail experience.
• Financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Support branch sales targets by introducing clients to team members and driving basic financial product awareness.
• Client Experience: Deliver friendly, accurate service and resolve client questions or issues promptly.
• Risk Management: Follow policies and complete required compliance trainings to minimize losses.
