Part Time Branch Ambassador - Eastern Maryland (Northwest Cluster)

As a Branch Ambassador, you'll use your love of working with people and sharing product knowledge to enhance our customers' banking experience. Your responsibilities include performing transactions such as check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals, while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to operational policies and procedures. • You are friendly, engaging, and can connect with customers, whether helping with technology, engaging in casual conversations, or showcasing our products and services.
• You can help reduce customer financial anxiety by assessing their personal and business financial needs and guiding them to appropriate solutions.
• You understand the importance of compliance and will follow all audit, security, and operational policies in accordance with bank and federal regulations.
• You support customers across all branch areas, including cash handling and service needs, rotating based on customer demands.
• You aim to improve the retail customer experience with fewer handoffs, with each Ambassador acting as an 'expert.'
• You are naturally curious and eager to learn about our products, services, and experiences to assist customers effectively.
• You are digitally savvy, capable of demonstrating how to navigate our mobile and online platforms using branch laptops and iPads, and educating customers on other banking channels.
• You are a team player, collaborating with and inspiring your colleagues.
• You research and address customer inquiries, leveraging tools to enhance retention and engagement by recommending suitable solutions.
• You are willing to travel between branches within your assigned local area to support the market.

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience

- At least 6 months of cash handling experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree
- 2+ years of retail, sales, or banking experience
