Part Time Branch Ambassador - Eastern Maryland (Northwest Cluster)

Role Overview:

As a Branch Ambassador, you'll use your passion for working with people and sharing product knowledge to enhance our customers' banking experience. Your responsibilities include performing transactions such as check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals, while monitoring for fraud and following operational policies. You will resolve customer inquiries efficiently, delivering an exceptional customer experience. Adaptability and a growth mindset are essential in our evolving tech and financial environment. Our goal is to improve the financial lives of community members through a welcoming and knowledgeable branch team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Friendly, engaging, and able to connect with customers in various situations.
  • Capable of helping customers identify personal and business financial needs, and guiding them to appropriate solutions with the help of experts.
  • Committed to compliance with all audit, security policies, and federal regulations.
  • Supportive across all branch areas, including cash handling and customer service, rotating as needed.
  • Dedicated to providing a seamless retail experience with minimal handoffs, becoming an in-branch expert.
  • Curious and eager to learn about products, services, and digital banking channels.
  • Digitally savvy, able to demonstrate and educate customers on mobile and online banking using branch devices.
  • Team-oriented, inspiring and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Proactive in researching and responding to customer inquiries to foster retention and engagement.
  • Willing to travel within the assigned local area to support different branches.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
  • At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree.
  • 2+ years of retail, sales, or banking experience.

Salary Information:

The annual salary range for this role in specific locations is listed, prorated for part-time hours. Salaries vary by location and will be specified in the offer letter.
