Job summary

Meyer Logistics Inc. is seeking a part-time Box Truck Driver (non-CDL) to support daily route deliveries in the Billings area. The role includes driving, loading/unloading, and completing required paperwork in a timely, compliant manner.

The driver will work roughly 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., with variable end times based on workload. Benefits are offered and training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of previous experience driving 26–28 ft box trucks or any other CMV over 10,001 lbs.
• Valid truck driver license and state-specific endorsement.
• Willing to submit to drug screens and background checks; maintain a DOT medical card.
• No recent moving or driving violations; insurable at standard rates.
• Operate / drive a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to make route deliveries to customers and meet delivery schedules.
• Maneuver trucks into position to load and unload delivery trucks.
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety, perform preventative maintenance.
• Report defects, accidents, and violations.
• Complete paperwork for company and DOT regulations.
• Communicate with Fleet Management on maintenance issues.
