Job summary

M.M.LaFleur is redefining how customers experience shopping in Boston with a personal, high-touch styling role. The Store Stylist delivers expert fashion guidance, builds lasting relationships with clients, and drives sales through knowledge of merchandise and trends.

You will engage with customers on the Newbury Street storefront, maintain inventory and visual standards, and support events and daily store operations while upholding our brand’s empowering ethos.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail and styling to drive sales.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Available part-time 16–28 hours, including weekends.
• Strong communication and empathy with customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and build loyal customer relationships by sharing product knowledge and styling advice.
• Promote exceptional service at all points in the customer journey.
• Assist with store events and engage customers during events.
• Grow the client base through clienteling and one-on-one interactions.
• Stay updated on merchandise, promotions, and store policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and POS accuracy.
