Responsibilities

• Answer phones and check in visitors.
• File, print, and date stamp invoices and purchase orders.
• Assist with purchasing materials, shop supplies, and subcontracting.
• Labor entry review and adjustments.
• Back up Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Comply with federal, state, and local requirements.
