Job summary

NORTH COAST REPERTORY THEATRE INC in Solana Beach, CA is seeking a talented bookkeeper to join our accounting team. You will maintain accurate financial records, record and verify transactions, and handle payroll and some HR functions.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient with GAAP, Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position.
• Knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with QuickBooks and basic accounting systems.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
