Milestone Therapy, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) focused on pediatric therapy in Bradley, IL. The role runs 12:00–6:30 (Tue–Thu) with some Saturday support to serve families, providing supervision to RBTs and collaboration with families and therapy teams.

Deliver functional assessments, develop individualized plans, maintain documentation, and train caregivers, all within a supportive, child-centered environment that values work-life balance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Pediatric practice experience preferred.
