Milestone Therapy is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead a pediatric ABA team in Highland, Indiana. You will oversee RBTs, conduct FBAs, develop tailored plans, and ensure fidelity across interventions.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop personalized plans of care.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in their daily practice.
• Ensure fidelity in behavior plan implementation and provide hands-on guidance.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client outcomes.
• Complete documentation that is accurate, ethical, and efficient.
• Provide caregiver education and training to promote real-world skill generalization.
