Milestone Therapy is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead with purpose, support a talented team of RBTs, and provide top-quality ABA services to the children who count on us most.

This hybrid role splits time between Chicago area schools and our Merrillville clinic, enabling collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams to drive client outcomes and promote real-world skill generalization across settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience with pediatric or school/clinic ABA preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and supervision skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor RBTs in daily practice.
• Conduct FBAs and develop plans of care.
• Ensure fidelity of behavior plan implementation.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Provide caregiver education to promote skill generalization.

We're hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead with purpose, support a talented team of RBTs, and provide top-quality ABA services to the children who count on us most.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop personalized plans of care.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in their daily practice.
• Ensure fidelity in behavior plan implementation and provide hands-on guidance.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client outcomes.
• Complete documentation that is accurate, ethical, and efficient.
• Provide caregiver education and training to promote real-world skill generalization.
