The Courtyard Little Rock, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a dedicated Server for our Main Dining Room in Little Rock, Arkansas. Join a dynamic food and beverage team delivering memorable guest experiences with polished service and menu knowledge.

As a valued team member, you will take orders, guide guests through selections, coordinate with the kitchen, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient dining environment. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Formación

• Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and payment processing.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food handler's certification is a plus.
