Courtyard Little Rock is seeking an outgoing bartender to join our hospitality team. You’ll craft and serve a variety of drinks, provide exceptional guest service, and help create memorable experiences for our guests in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of bartending experience, knowledge of drink recipes, fluent English, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. This role offers training, growth, and a supportive team culture in downtown Little Rock.

Qualifications

• Prefer 1 year of bartending experience
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• Display knowledge of drink recipes, drink and wine merchandising specials
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
