Job summary

The Courtyard by Marriott Denver South – Park Meadows Bistro is seeking a part-time beverage server to provide friendly guest service and bartending support. You will take orders, prepare drinks, and ensure quality while adhering to health regulations and liquor laws.

Qualified applicants have 1 year of serving or bartending experience, strong attention to detail, and English proficiency. Bartender certifications (TIPS/Care) are a plus. On-site role in Englewood, CO.

Qualifications

• One year prior serving/customer service and bartending experience required.
• Attention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform job duties in a repetitious and fast paced environment.
• Must have the ability to speak, understand, and write English to meet guest needs and complete paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Accurately take, enter, prepare and deliver guest beverage orders.
• Dispense appropriate levels of alcohol and ensure compliance with state/local liquor laws.
• Assist with inventory, maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the Bistro and bar area.
