Location: SEA-Bellevue, WA

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate events (including kids birthday parties) within the store to provide a stress‑free, fun, and engaging experience for guests.
• Deliver friendly customer service by helping customers shop and find items; ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Perform operational tasks including truck unload, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards as needed.
• Plan and coordinate multiple events simultaneously, engaging clients of all ages (4–94+), creating an environment of fun and creativity.
• Instruct party participants in craft projects, perform face painting and other activities; facilitate add‑ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards.
• Communicate events with clients and store team members; complete administrative tasks (emails, phone calls, paperwork).
• Adjust plans based on client feedback; create backup or emergency plans.
• Ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards; set up, break down, and clean before and after each event.
• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions; engage on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni‑channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, planogram processes; complete merchandise recovery and maintenance.
• Perform Store in Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned; support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company programs; promote a positive image and serve as a role model.
• Cross‑train in Custom Framing selling and production.

Physical Requirements

Work Environment

Public retail store setting, climate‑controlled public areas; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled; occasional outdoor work retrieving carts or unloading trucks. Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Pay Range

Total Base Pay Range: $17.13 – $20.00 per hour.
