Job summary

Madison College is recruiting a pool of highly motivated candidates to teach part-time Biology courses for the 2026-2027 academic year. Applications accepted on a continuous basis for per-course assignments across Microbiology, Botany, Environmental Science, Animal Biology and Zoology.

The minimum qualification is a Master’s degree in Biological Science or related area with 18 graduate biology credits. This pool posting may require day, evening or weekend classes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Biological Science OR related area with 18 graduate credits in Biology-related fields.
• Foreign transcript evaluation not required for this posting; see instructions in the ad.

Responsibilities

• Teach Biology courses such as Microbiology, Botany, Environmental Science, Animal Biology and Zoology.
• Develop relevant curricula and implement effective learning strategies.
• Assess student learning and provide advising and support.
• Engage in department and college service activities and maintain instructional competencies.
• Deliver instruction across day, evening or weekend offerings as needed.
