Job summary

Mercor is seeking bilingual Vietnamese–English reviewers to craft expert-level prompts and assess sensitive topics for AI safety. You will apply structured guidelines, classify conversations, and document reasoning. Immediate start with training provided and a part-time commitment (~7 h/week).

Strong Vietnamese fluency and business-level English are required, along with a bachelor’s degree (in progress acceptable). Remote work is supported for applicants worldwide.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Vietnamese and able to write at expert level.
• Proficient English writing for business communication.
• Bachelor's degree or in progress.
• Excellent attention to detail and reasoning.
• Good judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Responsibilities

• Write expert-level prompts in Vietnamese across sensitive topic areas.
• Apply guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Flag adversarial language and document reasoning behind judgments.
