Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and high-demand retail holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sellout of Samsung mobile products and services within a Best Buy retail store using conversational sales techniques.
• Uncover and understand customer needs and recommend a Samsung product to fit those needs.
• Build confidence in Samsung products for Best Buy staff and customers as a brand evangelist.
• Establish strong partnerships with Best Buy personnel to drive key initiatives and goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Provide excellent customer and client service through interactions with customers and Best Buy employees.
• Maintain retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation and cleanliness.
• Complete display resets during new product launches and as requested.
• Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights.
