Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring a Samsung Experience Consultant Lead to drive sales inside a Best Buy in Fullerton, CA. The role focuses on demonstrating, selling and promoting Samsung devices while building strong relationships with Best Buy staff and customers.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, some sales/retail experience, and excellent communication skills. The position offers weekly pay at $20/hour, paid training, incentives, and benefits, with about 32+ hours weekly in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work weekend evenings and high demand retail holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Drive sellout of Samsung mobile products and services within a Best Buy retail store using conversational consulting sales techniques.
• Uncover customer needs and recommend Samsung products to fit those needs.
• Build confidence in Samsung products and services for both Best Buy employees and customers.
• Build strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to drive initiatives and goals.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Provide excellent customer and client service through interaction with customers and Best Buy employees.
• Ensure retail brand standards are met through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
• Complete display resets upon request and during new product launches.
• Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights.
