TESO Group is seeking a part-time Store Staff member for its Brooklyn location. You will handle merchandising, replenishment, price labeling, and display maintenance while delivering friendly customer service. The role includes receiving support and stockroom organization, with testers and samples management as part of daily duties.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Mandarin and English and can maintain accurate records, report issues, and contribute to a clean, inviting store environment.

Qualificações

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Retail or consumer goods preferred; training available.
• Knowledge: Willingness to learn product merchandising and inventory processes.
• Language: Mandarin and English proficiency helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a neat appearance; wear the required uniform and name badge.
• Greet customers and provide basic product guidance when asked.
• Clock in/out; complete shift handoffs and Daily Work Process forms as required.
• Perform merchandising, shelving, price labeling, and display organization in your area.
• Assist with receiving, stockroom organization, and inventory counting.
• Manage testers, samples, and promotional materials as needed.
• Report pricing discrepancies, shrink, and safety concerns promptly.
