Job summary

EzCare ABA seeks a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Ashburn team for a part-time afternoon schedule. You will provide in-home ABA therapy, follow BCBA-developed plans, and collaborate with families to support progress in communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role offers a consistent Monday–Friday 3:00 PM–5:00 PM schedule with competitive pay ($25–$30/hour). Join a supportive, family-centered culture with opportunities for growth and additional hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English to support families.
• RBT certification with current eligibility to provide ABA services.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy in the client's home.
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Help client build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Use engaging teaching strategies tailored to the child.
• Collect session data and complete documentation.
• Partner with families and the clinical team to support progress.
