Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document client progress and milestone achievements.
• Partner with families and clinical team members to support each child's goals.
• Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
