Jefferson County Public Library is hiring a Part-Time Bilingual Digital Experience Associate to support our digital library operations. You will help create bilingual web content and assist patrons with e-content, library apps, and databases across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

The Part-Time Bilingual Digital Experience Associate on the Jefferson County Public Library's Digital Experience Team supports the operations of our digital library, which consists of several integrated content management, discovery, and e-content platforms.The Digital Experience (DX) team plans and publishes content, administers digital systems, assists patrons in the use of web and mobile platforms, collects and analyzes data, and generally applies the methodologies of User Centered Design to a complex environment made up of many integration points.With a focus on designing for inclusion, the Bilingual Digital Experience Associate will support our efforts in digital accessibility, as well as language equity, by expanding our content creation for Spanish-speaking community members. Assist patrons, primarily with questions about third-party e-content databases, resources, and library apps.Perform light data entry and statistical reporting to help inform and streamline services.
