Qualifications

• Candidate must be a resident of New Jersey.
• Must have a Valid NJ drivers’ license and own an insured car.
• Comfort traveling and working directly at the community level.

Responsibilities

• Identify and create a caseload of individuals in the community.
• Complete at least 50 preventive screenings per month.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all activities.
