Qualifications

• Knowledge of organizing catalogs, handling finances, and data records.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers one-on-one with reading, math, science and other subjects.
• Lead small group tutoring to reinforce instruction.
• Prepare materials, worksheets, and classroom resources.
• Instruct students on computer programs for Accelerated Reader testing.
• Monitor and reinforce behavioral interventions and student progress.
• Assist bilingual/monolingual students in understanding classroom content.
• Support bilingual teacher with lesson planning and language support in English/Spanish.
• Record data for behavior, academics and IEPs.
• Supervise students during recess and escort to the playground.
