Responsibilities

• Serves as a messenger of faith, mission, and purpose to employees and families.
• Visits company worksites regularly to build trust and relationships.
• Provides confidential pastoral discussions and referrals for employee needs.
• Assists in planning or attending funerals and grief support.
• Provides post-termination care and supports spiritual enrichment activities as applicable.
• Represents the company in ministry-related engagements with clients and employees.
