Ø Customer Service for Credit Card and Road Assistant Service Operation
Ø Take calls, make outbound calls, respond to email etc.
【Requirements】
Ø Education: BA preferred
Ø Work Experience: Not required, but customer service experience is a plus
Ø Bilingual in English and Japanese
Ø Basic PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ø Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ø Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
