Interplace, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Customer Service representative for their Financial Service Team in Irvine, California. This role includes managing customer interactions related to credit card services and road assistance, with an emphasis on communication and multitasking skills. 【Responsibilities and Duties】
Ø Customer Service for Credit Card and Road Assistant Service Operation
Ø Take calls, make outbound calls, respond to email etc.
【Requirements】
Ø Education: BA preferred
Ø Work Experience: Not required, but customer service experience is a plus
Ø Bilingual in English and Japanese
Ø Basic PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ø Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ø Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
