JOB SUMMARY

We have an opportunity available for a Beverage Manager to join our Food & Beverage department. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be that enjoys a fast-paced environment, can lead by example and promote an environment of open communication and development for the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for taking orders from patrons and returning these orders in a timely manner.
• Keep area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Responsible to perform “responsible alcohol service” with regards to patron limitations and pass any/all responsible alcohol service training.
• Be able to use all bar equipment, cash registers and Berg Beverage System.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent and six months work experience in cocktail serving is preferred.
• Ability to obtain a valid gaming license.
