Job summary

G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc. is seeking part-time merchandisers to service retailer locations, stock and rotate products, and ensure displays meet established standards while supporting sales growth.

Flexible 20-30 hour weeks with 8am or 3pm start times (some weekend availability). Wages start at $21.73 per hour and include benefits such as weekly pay, uniforms, safety shoes and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 years merchandising/stocking and customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license and insurability to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and display products to established standards.
• Follow OSHA/safety standards and wear PPE.
• Communicate with retailers and Pepsi management on pricing, products, programs, opportunities and problems.
• Assist and interact with consumers at retailer locations.
• Maintain clean, neat backrooms and displays at retailer locations.
• Operate pallet jack and other equipment; lift heavy product repeatedly.
• Work schedule with regular attendance and possible overtime.
