Job summary

G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc. is hiring Part-Time Merchandisers in Columbus, OH to stock, rotate and display products at retailer locations according to established standards.

The role supports sales and profit by maintaining planograms, communicating with store staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies. Flexible 20-30 hours weekly, with 1st or 2nd shift options and some weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 0–1 year merchandising/stocking experience.
• Retail or warehouse customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate and display products per planograms.
• Follow OSHA and safety requirements; wear PPE.
• Communicate with retailers and Pepsi management on pricing, products and programs.
• Assist and interact with customers at retailer locations.
• Maintain a clean, neat and organized backroom following company standards.
• Clean all locations where products are displayed (coolers, shelves).
• Work with Account Manager and Store Management to identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Order appropriate product quantities to satisfy customer needs.
