Job summary

G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Merchandiser to service retailer locations by stocking, rotating and displaying products to established standards, to help increase sales and profits.

You will communicate with retailers and Pepsi management regarding pricing, programs and opportunities, and assist customers at stores while maintaining clean backrooms and displays. This role requires a High School diploma or GED, 0–1 years merchandising experience, a valid driver's license,

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
0–1 years merchandising/stocking experience and prior customer service in retail/warehouse is preferred.
Valid driver’s license and insurability to operate a vehicle.
Ability to obtain industry licensing as needed.

Responsibilities

Stock, rotate, and display products to established standards (coolers, vendors, shelves).
Communicate with retailers and Pepsi management on pricing, products, programs and opportunities.
Assist and interact with consumers at retailer locations per standards.
Maintain a clean, organized backroom and clean locations where products are displayed.
Operate and be trained on PIT equipment including pallet jacks and tow motors.
Complete logs and paperwork as required; work with Account Manager to optimize sales and profitability.
