You will be trained, coached, and measured on activity and results, with a clear written process and a path into leadership for top performers. Interviews are conducted on Zoom and the role offers remote work across the United States.

Qualifications

• Remote-friendly communication skills are essential.
• Experience with client conversations and follow-up is a plus.
• Comfortable presenting options and guiding clients to enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Take requested conversations from warm leads, not cold lists.
• Explain benefit options clearly and simply.
• Help clients enroll when it fits, and guide next steps.
