The work involves taking requested conversations, explaining benefit options simply, helping clients enroll when it is a fit, and keeping a clean follow-up rhythm. Interviews are conducted on Zoom.

Qualificações

• Competitive, coachable, and comfortable on camera.
• Comfortable on camera and talking to clients.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
