Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a Connecticut license/credential.
• Hold one of the following credentials: BCBA, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Driver's license and registered vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and evaluating the individual's behavioral and clinical needs.
• Developing a Behavioral Support Plan with intervention techniques.
• Addressing needs within the individual's natural environments.
• Providing training to family members and support providers on plan implementation.
• Evaluating plan effectiveness through data collection and analysis.
• Monitoring plan implementation monthly and coordinating with the support team.
