Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions in Connecticut seeks clinicians to deliver Clinical Behavioral Support services for individuals with behavioral or clinical needs. You will assess needs, craft a Behavioral Support Plan with teaching strategies, and implement it in home and community settings.

Responsibilities include training families, collecting data to evaluate outcomes, and coordinating with the support team to ensure monthly monitoring and ongoing plan refinement.

Qualifications

Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and a vehicle.
Hold a Connecticut license/credential: BCBA, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

Responsibilities

Assess and evaluate the individual's behavioral and clinical needs.
Develop a Behavioral Support Plan with intervention techniques and teaching strategies.
Address identified needs within the individual's natural environments.
Provide training to family members and support providers on plan implementation and documentation.
Evaluate plan effectiveness through data collection and analysis.
Monitor plan implementation monthly and schedule team meetings.
