Konnections Staffing in San Gabriel Valley seeks a Part-Time Behavior Therapist/RBT to provide ABA/behavior therapy to children and adolescents in home and school settings. Training is provided, and after-school hours are available in the SGV area, including Pasadena, San Gabriel, Pomona, El Monte, Hacienda Heights, and West Covina.

• Valid and current driver’s license, car insurance and transportation between clients. Must complete all company training requirements
• Preference given to individuals available to work 3pm-8pm multiple days per week

$500.00 Sign-On Bonus*

Compensation: Depending on Degree, RBT, and Experience

Employment type: Part-Time; after school hours

We are looking for both part-time and full-time therapists to provide home and/or school-based ABA/ behavior therapy to children and adolescents with autism, intellectual disability, and a variety of other developmental delays and needs.

College students in the following studies (Child Development, Special Education, Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis), Classroom Assistants, DSP Professionals, Behavioral Interventionists and other energetic individuals with experience working with children and/or adults with challenging behaviors are encouraged to apply!

Assessment, Consultation & Treatment is a smaller, clinician run and owned behavioral-based agency that provides a variety of services to children and families. We believe strongly in providing highly individualized and comprehensive services and treating all families as well as staff with dignity and the support they need to succeed.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or RBT certification; those without Bachelor’s Degree who are committed to participating in RBT certification open to apply as well
• Experience with children; experience with children with special needs preferable
• Valid and current driver’s license, car insurance and car/transportation between clients.Must agree to complete all company training requirements
• Preference given to individuals available to work 3pm-8pm multiple days per week

Physical Demands

• Must have full physical dexterity/agility or be able to independently position self and perform all movements required (bending, kneeling, computer typing, standing, fetching documents from file cabinets).
• Must have sufficient corrected or uncorrected vision to carry out all duties and responsibilities.
• Need to be able to lift and carry pediatric population (weight ranging from 5 to 50 lbs.)
