Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Behavior Technician to support youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings. The role emphasizes ABA-based programs and 1:1 therapy under supervision, with confidentiality and progress tracking integral to daily work.

Shifts Monday–Friday, hours between 1:00pm and 8:30pm (2–5 hours per day) in Anaheim and surrounding cities, providing essential services with

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres toCompanyPolicy and Procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information
