Job summary

Alongside ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children. You will work under a BCBA, following personalized treatment plans, collecting data, and helping build communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role is part-time with hours from 3pm to 7pm, Monday through Friday, in school, home, and clinic settings. Prior experience with ABA and data-tracking tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting ABA therapy under supervision.
• Ability to collect and record session data accurately.
• Strong communication with families, supervisors, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children.
• Follow individualized treatment plans under BCBA guidance.
• Record and maintain session data using approved software.
• Communicate professionally with families and team members.
• Participate in required trainings and supervision hours.
• Adhere to clinical, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
• Handle challenging behaviors per training and policy.
