Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Nashua, NH is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics, or other settings under BCBA supervision. You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills and track client progress.

We offer paid training, mentorship, and a defined path toward RBT certification, with ABA Academy support for exam prep. Eligible candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be available to work varied hours, and maintain

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
