Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Culpeper, VA seeks a compassionate Behavior Technician I to support individuals with IDD/BH in an Adult Therapeutic Home setting. You will implement daily programs, offer therapeutic interventions and assist with personal care as part of the REACH team.

The role is part-time (Fri–Sun, 7am–3pm) with paid training and a full benefits package for eligible positions. A bachelor’s in Human Services or a high school diploma with relevant experience is required, plus a valid

• Experience working with IDD/BH disorders.
• Knowledge of behavioral health support strategies.
• Ability to work with individuals in a therapeutic home setting.
