Job summary

ABC Pathways, LLC. in Crete, Illinois, is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician for evening hours (M-F, 4:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m.). You will implement ABA-based intervention plans, collect session data, and monitor progress under a BCBA's supervision. This role emphasizes confidentiality and ethical care of clients and families.

The position offers $20–$22 per hour with potential to grow to full-time as opportunities arise. RBT certification support is available through our Road to Register Program.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Highly dependable and organized.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children (childcare, education, or similar fields).
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behavior during therapy sessions.
• Monitor and document progress toward treatment goals.
• Reinforce positive behaviors.
• Communicate effectively with clients, parents, caregivers, and the BCBA.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines.
