Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. Work part-time with opportunities for advancement, role flexibility, and immediate access to a portion of earned pay after shifts.

We provide paid training and a supportive clinical team focused on helping children with Autism reach their goals. No minimum case requirements and referral bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
