Your Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized ABA therapy in client homes or nearby communities
Follow treatment plans designed and supervised by a BCBA
Collect behavior data and document session activities
Work closely with families to support and reinforce therapy goals

Qualifications:

RBT certification or previous ABA experience (required)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience with children or behavioral health preferred
Available for 2–4 weekday afternoon/evening shifts
Professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented
