Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking dedicated Child Interventionists/Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home-based ABA sessions. The role is part-time, with weekday hours 3-7pm and 12-20 hours per week, offering flexible scheduling and potential for growth through RBT certification and BCBA pathways.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: Registered Behavior Technician Certification if already obtained.
• Passion for children and positive attitude.
• Experience with children is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Observes, records, and reports on client progress daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Assist clients to acquire academic or life skills.
• Communicates professionally with parents, analysts, and clients.
• Completes daily paperwork and data in our online system.
