Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services, via its SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care affiliate, is seeking a part-time Behavioral Therapy Aide in Virginia. Position involves 1:1 treatment in home or community settings and requires collaboration with a BCBA.

Hours are 1pm–5pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. Training and supervision are provided; health insurance benefits may apply to part-time employees who qualify.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus six months relevant care experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness and ability to travel to multiple assignments daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to individuals in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and coordinate with management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
